Beastly Kingdom- Animal Kingdom tunnels underground
-a mini park in a park
-consists of four areas: The Dragon’s Lair, Sea Dragon Cave, The Golden Tomb, and Mushu’s Hideout
-due to its lack of animal inhabitants, Beastly Kingdom may be open after Animal Kingdom park closing
-tunnels are dimly lit as sunlight does not enter, but the four main areas of Beastly Kingdom have brighter lights to illuminate each section
-opening- caves near entrance (after parrots, before bridge to the Tree of Life)
-cave paintings of walls portray murals of dragons throughout the world and ages
-elevator down is found near the Tree of Life for those handicapped or those who require other special assisstance
-other openings can be found near each area the one is connected to (for example, DinoLand USA has a tunnel to and from The Dragon’s Lair)

Areas:

The Dragon’s Lair- located underneath DinoLand USA

Attractions:
-Maleficent’s Revenge- dragon rollercoaster that goes in and out of the forbidden mountain castle while aboard a maleficent-dragon colored coaster (Fastpass available)
-Spinning Dragon Eggs- Tea cups shaped like opened dragon eggs (no Fastpass distribution)
-The Dragon’s Den- ongoing tour of Disney’s dragon’s including: Maleficent, Madame Mim, Figment, Mushu, Jake Long, the Reluctant Dragon, Queen Narissa, and Elliot; afterwards, certain characters can be found to take pictures or get autographs with (no Fastpass distribution)

Dining:
-Tooth and Jaw- sit down restaurant decorated as if the customers have been eaten by a dragon and must eat whatever is inside; American cuisine such as steak, ribs, pork, and chicken while kids can order either chicken nuggets shaped like dragons or Smuckers peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with two of their choices in side dishes (reservations must be made before hand)

Shopping: The Gem’s Gifts

Sea Dragon Cave- located under Discovery River

Attraction:
-The Serpent’s domain- underwater aquarium filled with real fish as well as animatronics sea dragons

Dining: Underwater tavern: fast food/counter service. Serving sushi and other fish treats. Kids meal: Fish sticks or mac and cheese

The Golden Tomb- located beneath Asia and part of Africa

Attractions:
-The Empress- swinging ship designed like an Asian Lung red and gold dragon (Fastpass available)
-Treasure chasers- mini miners’ rollercoaster that goes through tunnels of jeweled incrusted caves and into some of the most feared dragon’s lairs (Fastpass available)
-Tale of the Dragon Kings Live Show- actors play out the tale of the dragon kings, and ancient legend on Asian dragons (interactive- some audience members may be asked to volunteer in the performance) estimated time of show: 25 minutes; shows given every hour, on the hour (no Fastpass distribution)

Dining and Shopping:
-Runes- Asian pasta cuisine and gift shop decorated as an ancient emperor’s tomb (reservations optional)

Mushu’s Hideout- located underneath Camp Minnie-Mickey

Attractions:
-Drag-on Derby-bumper cars that look like Mushu painted with warm colors (red, orange, yellow etc.) (no Fastpass distribution)
-The Great Wall- fort playground modeled after the Great Wall of China (no Fastpass Distribution)

Dining: The Bamboo Bakery- sweet treats café designed to look like a bamboo forest. Even characters from Mulan come to visit
